A Legacy of Family and Flavor at South Lake Pizza
South Lake Pizza has always been more than just pizza—it’s about people, family, and building something meaningful. Founded by Mark Delisle in 2000, South Lake Pizza began as a vision to leave corporate America and create something special. In 2014, my dad, Pedro Manfredi Jr. purchased the restaurant to fulfill his dream of owning a local business and serving the South Lake community.
Commitment, Hard Work, and Great Pizza
In 2014, I started working at South Lake Pizza, learning every role—from cook to general manager. These years shaped my vision for the business. In 2021, my wife Marccela and I took over a struggling restaurant. With hard work, faith, and dedication to quality, we turned it around, creating the vibrant, family-friendly pizza place we are today. Our mission remains simple: take care of our team so they can take care of our guests.
